Yes, Download Tweak-UI for Windows XP. Expand the Explorer
category and you'll find a Thumbnails sub-category. It has a slider
for sizing. Tweak-UI (SP1+) is available at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp [...] rtoys.mspx
Tweak-UI is on the Right panel listing.

In addition, don't go all the way to the max in size. It can corrupt
the thumbs.db case file. A max of about 192 pixels should work ok.
