Installed memory ram 4 0gb 2 0gb usable

Hello,I have problem with my win 7 starter Installed memory (RAM)4.0 GB (2.00GB useable)
my processor AMD E-350 1.60 GHz
sys 32-bit
any solution?

Windows 7 Starter doesn't support more than 2GB of memory. The only way you can use all 4GB is to upgrade to a different version of Windows. Even then, Windows will reserve some for system functions, so you'll see something like 4.00GB (3.75GB usable).

Starter edition only allows 2GB of RAM maximum.

Windows 7 Starter should have been aborted at birth, take the hit and upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
