It says: Please do the following: - Close any running programs - Empty your temporary folder - Check your internet connection Then try to run the Setup again. However after i closed almost all the programs in my computer and removed temporary folder, the error still occurred. Please help! After a deep cleaning and rebboot, I was able to install Acutate 8 successfully. However when i opened an existing .rod, an error says "Unexpected file format". What's the root cause of that error?
