Connecting speaker cables to mic and line in port

i want to know which cables go into what port on my motherboard on the back of my computer i am getting the logitech z506 5.1 and want to know were the cables go to my motherboard.
here is a link to my motherboard
i only have 3 ports as you can see but i was reading a article on another website and it says you can connect to the mic and line in ports.

Read the manual for the system, you can probably configure jacks to different options like you said, but need to find out how. Which would be explained in the PC manual.
