I am getting R6025 "pure virutal function call" errors
when running the broadband utility. How can I fix this?

Are you running any skinning software such as Windows blinds or ATI
hydravision?

Are you running Windows XP SP2 & haven't updated the BNU yet?

No skinning software. Getting this error on a Win98
machine and an XP machine without SP2.

Reboot into safe mode & see if you get the error when launching the BNU.

The error does not occur on launch, instead it occurs
after BNU has been running for a while.

Does it still happen if you run it while the computer is in safe mode is
the primary question at this point.
