How do you delete this from the computer? I have tried,
but each time I delete a file, it returns to the
directory, even after emptying the recycle bin. Very
strange and suspicious.

All system files are protected and the Zone files fall into this
category.

To remove the Zone, open Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, click the
"Add/Remove Windows Components" button on the left, in the new window,
highlight Accessories and Utilities and click the Details button.
Finally, uncheck the box next to Games.
