Artic Silver?

I got an Athlon XP 2400+ and the stock heatsink. I am going to be replacing the heatsink with a Thermaltake Silent Boost. I want to get Artic Silver thermal paste, but what kind do I buy?

Arctic Silver 3
Arctic Silver 5
Arctic Silver Ceramique

Any of those are fine although I would probably recommend the Ceramique because it's non-conductive and is better than AS3.
