Laptop cannot boot

Hello, my laptop cannot boot and keep saying "entering multi boot selection menu", when i press f2 or del or f8, i heard two times beep code.

What laptop do you own? What operating system(s) do you use?
What is the beep code (number of beeps and length)? example: 1 long & 3 Short or 1 high pitch & 1 low pitched, repeating.

Can you reach the F8 boot option screen by pressing F8 rapidly at power on? Can you boot into SafeMode?
Can you reach the BIOS screen using F2 at bootup.
Do you have a bootable CD you can test?
