TSP-100 won't print long reciepts, can't set custom form size.

Hello,
I have been pulling my hair out trying to find a fix for this problem. I can't get my TSP-100 to print long reciepts. They always get cut off and limited to the paper sizes available. I followed Star's instructions for making a custom paper size, but the custom size dosen't show up as an option.

I go into Server Properties, create a custom form with the length I need, but when I go to print somthing that custom form isn't an option. Also, If I change one of the existing paper lengths and make it longer, it dissapears as an option to print to!

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate.

Can anyone think of how to fix this??

The problem is, it dosent work, because the custom paper size won't appear in the drop down menu of paper choices in the printer properties.

OK, I was able to fix the problem by editing the file:
C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3\smjt113.gpd

I added an additional paper size option to the end of the file.
Woohoo it works like a charm!
