Disappearing picture

Hello,
i have a program in my wint x 64 bit acer laptop, I/E8, i have a program that i can open ok but after about 15 seconds the picture disappears.
i also have another laptop running XP home in it and i do not have any trouble losing the picture in that machine. in all instances the downloading of this progam was " clean" there was no pop up messages of anything being wrong, any suggestions would be welcome , thanks donar

You say you open this program and after 15 secs a picture disappears? What is the name of the program? And this picture, is it from your personal collection or related to that program? More info please.
