I have windows 7 professional. Failing to start up with start up repair unable to solve problem. PC just loops round from start up repair continuously to attempting to reboot again. System restore does not work.

i am using Lenovo T60 laptop

I have the same problem, only Windows 7 Starter on a pendo U1000. Can't seem to find any way out of the loop. I don't have a DVD/CD drive, only an iso on an SD card. I have no idea where to go from here!
