Yes, it is rules. Original poster also emailed me asking me about the
letters on the right top side of backglass. I haven't even noticed those.

--> Oh, haven't even noticed those till now. I do not know the word, but the
letters are P-R-N(could be "V", hard to see/say)-I. If it's "PRVI", that
means "first", if it's PRNI, have no clue.
The apron:
"Rules of the game" (big letters, first row)
Second row: "Up to 4 people can play this game, depending on how many
tokens?quarters? (the word they use is "money") they put in. The rest is
friggin' hard.
The 3 letter word on the playfield means "line", the big one above it, I
have absolutely no clue. It's game rules, but I really cannot make a
coherest sentence out of it after a few first rows where they talk about
players, I sorta guess a word here and there int hat text, from then on, but
nto enough. Hope that helps.
