4 Input 2 Output Mixer?

I hope that I can explain what I am looking for the way I see it in my head. I would like a mixer that I can take 4 3.5mm audio cables and output them into 2 or more outputs.

Basically I need 4 inputs that I can adjust the volume on and output them to my headphones and speakers (using separate outputs.)

The 3.5mm inputs are STEREO and you need 4 stereo inputs.
Stereo inputs are most commonly found on DJ mixers. Only, you need adapters to change 3.5 stereo to RCA stereo. Most of these mixers have RCA inputs, not 3.5mm

And so, what you want is a 4 input DJ mixer
