Problems with Windows Explorer and Java

Ok folks, Let me see if i can explain my problem.After installation of
programs mentioned below.THe problems I've had are this.
Jave will not load ANY Applet.NWS weather radar uses java to animate.I get a
red x in the upper left corne rof the applet and console log pops up with the
information posted below.What i have done to try and fix this is.Went to Suns
Java Help and used the article they have posted adressing this problem.Did
not work.So i tried system restore to earlier date before i installed
programs mention below.When i went to a Java enabled sight after that Browser
closes when i click on a java site.so i Undid re-store.Now Windows Explorer
closes when right clicking on folers in Folder View and still have problem
with Java.
ANY HELP !!!! Please

It is my understanding that it is a server side issue that you cannot remedy on the client side.

I've contacted the webmaster at NWS (3-18-2010) with a description of the problem and a copy of the error log.
