Blue screen

I have a blue screen when I lunch the CCX Diagnostic Utility in configuration panel. My laptop restart automatically after showing blue screen during 10 second. Please, is anyone can halp me ?

Blue screen error occurs due to failure of RAM. You should remove your RAM or clean it. Blue screen of death may also occur due to malfunction of software and hardware devices. If this problem starts with any new software or hardware installation then uninstall it. There may also be corruption in files due to some virus attack. You should install antivirus software in order to protect your system.

Blue screens occur for many different reasons. Please look into what the error code means before making generalizations like that. While faulty RAM is still possible in this case, the cause listed on Microsoft's Bug Check code page at their MSDN website seems to indicate otherwise.
