RunDll AppData Roaming problems

[ole lady and hp]

Hello,
I now have 2 errors under RunDLL ..."there was a problem starting" c:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\arkbas.dll the other ending with \pscobj.dll
"The specified module could not be found."
What say you computer wizards asks the ole lady and an hp.
