The memory in my 400SC is:

G2529 Dual In-Line Memory Module, 128, 400M, 16X72, 8K, Error Correction
Code, 184

Has anyone purchased 128M module recently to match this? If so, where?

Ed

I'd go to www.crucial.com

Thanks for the link. I had been there.

I opened the case and found that the one piece of 128 I had was PC3200. Some
of the memory listed at Crucial was 2700.

Dell specs either 2700 or 3200. Your choice would be
based on prices and possibly the chances of later reuse.
Since the price is minimally more I'd get the faster 3200.

I bought mine with the basic 128 and bought three more 128's on eBay.
There's quite a few of them there because a lot of people are doing 1ghz and
more. 512 works fine for me.
