Windows 7 playback Devices are missing ???

Can someone help me, Right I have a Blu ray cinema plugged into my pc now they are not working im using a Opital cable no sound coming out. So all i use now is a Corsair 1500's headsets for everything and its kinda annoying trying to listen to people and play music and hear the sound of the game at the same time.

I have some 2.1 speakers plugged into my pc and nothing comes up on the playback devices all there is are my Corsair vengeance 1500's I should have all the rest but somehow they are gone.

What kind of a system do you have?

It seems to me that you don't have drivers installed for your sound card. Find out what sound card your system have, find and install appropriate drivers. After this your sound card should show up.
If this doesn't work, it might be that your sound card is disabled in BIOS in which case you have to go and enable and then install drivers.
