Looking for windows 7 tweak guide

I am wondering if anyone has a link to/for a windows 7 tweak guide. I searched on Google for about 3 days and only came up with crap (basically stuff I already knew). I know there is a way to speed up the start up and shut down by tweaking something(s) in the reg. It has been a while since I "tweaked" and I could only recall a few. I know there is a lot like how long the start-up/shutdown screens appear and things like that. Can anyone help me out?

His guide for Windows 7 is more of a manual, however, than a quick-and-dirty tweak guide. In my opinion, Windows 7 is quite good out-of-the-box and doesn't benefit as much from tweaking as XP did. Really, I think it's a good thing as installing and optimizing XP used to take me hours. YMMV.

Ok my basic system specks are:
PhenomII 955
8G of Gskill Ripjaws
2X Corsair X64 64GB SSD is raid0
2X Saphire vapor-x 4890 2G edition
Windows 7 ultimate X64

for this config it will run ant very good speed ,there's no need of any tweak,, even you did it wont shows much difference..

if you still need seed for your reputation

then give a try with Vlite
