Not bad, My computer with Stock heat sink got 18C and the case temp was 6C.... of but i did put the computer out side right infront of a fetching huge fan blowing ice cold air right into the side of the case
got my little old 2400+ up to 2491MHz on a K7S5A, couldnt get anyhigher thow 
guess its not bad for such a CHEEP board lol
