Celeron 700MHZ

I have a celeron 700 Mhz CPU (coppermine socket 370) that runs at 49 to 58 deg C (BIOS temp).

Is this temp OK and what is the MAX temp that is OK?

Will this celeron chip automatically underclock if it did reach over temp?
