users, access to programs

i had a problem w/ my computer and had to reload windows xp pro.....

my user name got changed in the process, all the info is still there
but to get to i.e. my pictures i have to go to "documents,c: , user.
ect........

how do i get my old user info combined w/ the new user name?

also how do i give access to other users ive set up on computer?

To restore data from your old profile folders? If so, see:
