p4C 3ghz or Prescott 2.8E

Im trying to decide wether or not to keep my prescott 2.8E or to get a 3ghz P4C.. I mean.. the prescott is running wayy to hot for me.. It overclocks very nice, 2.8 to 3.4 .. thats with a zalman 7000 CU. But temps hang around 63-64 load...*yes I have checked that the heatsink is one correctly and reapplied as3* and have 7 fans in my case..
How good do the normal p4 3ghz oc to ? or should I just stick with this 2.8e .. help ! lol

The P4c may only give you an extra 100mhz, but it should cause a lot less pain/ strain for your mobo. It should run a little cooler as well.
