Spot color using Ink Jets

I am trying to produce a three color "spot" color graphic using an inexpensive inkjet printer. I need the colors to be very bright and rich. Almost neon. Please suggest a printer and the type of ink that I need. It can be printed on regular stock paper or if you suggest a coated paper stock. Thank you. I currently have the lower end canon and HP ink jet printers.
