Help me select a new mouse

Hello,
Im in the process of looking for a new mouse since my old Logitech G1 is starting to die, so i thought id ask for some advice/opinion on what new one to get.
Im a finger tip grip, use a hard surface mat.
If the monitor makes any difference im using a 24 inch'er.
The mouse will mostly be used for gaming (Mostly RTS with some occasional FPS).
Price isn't a big issue.
Ask for any more details if needed

have you went to any local stores yet to check out some of the mice on display? this is the best way to see if the mice fit your requirements for fit.

personally i palm my razer deathadder. its a larger sized mouse. i know razer makes a few smaller mice which might be more ideal for fingertip-grips. check them out.

you might also want to check out some other logitech offerings. i came from an old logitech mx1000 so i can relate to how well they work.
