Stop c0000269 error, wont load windows

When i turn on my pc i get this message.
Stop c0000269 {Illegal System DLL relocation}
The system DLL Kernel32.dll was relocated in memory .application not run
properly relocation occurred becuase DLL c:\windows\system32\GDI32.dll
ocuppied address range reserved for windows system DLL's. The vendor suppling
the DLL shou %s%s.
If anyone can help me with, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
