Can't get into the program

Hello,
I have only one computer with the program installed on it. I have had a registered copy for several months now. Yet I get a signal that I cannot get in due to the program being installed on a second computer. That is not true!! lI need it fixed. Thank you.

did you contact the company that has the program they might have to reset.
