Sorry for not responding sooner. I got side-tracked on
another computer problem that took the whole long week-
end to resolve.
I work for a government agency that supplies a product
known as Novell Contivity. I don't know what it is about
this software that makes it so special but I do know that
it I just use the VPN features of Windows with the same
parameneters I cannot connect with work even when not
using the MN-700.
I did try using Persistent Port Forwarding. That was one
of the first things the Microsoft Techs recommended. But
it didn't work.

Try putting the client in the DMZ. That's the only option left if
persistent port forwarding doesn't work.
