HELP
Last response: in Home Audio
I accidentally dropped my iPod into a river. What should I do? Right now I just brought a pack of damp rid and put it in a container. What else could I do to save it?

well...sometimes if the device was off and you do not try to turn it back on you can get functionality back by drying it out, however more often then not there are problems due to the moisture.
if it doesnt work, there isnt much you can do and warranties specifically do not cover water damage most of the time.
