I would like to buy a good 2.1 channel speaker or may be 5.1 channel within the price range of 5k INR . Please suggest me some.

Used Klipsch 2.1 from Amazon... well under that price, and sounds Wonderful. Much more experience in speakers than either of the manufacturers you were originally looking at. Just stating a suggestion, backed by a fact

I appreciate your suggestion but the model u suggested is way out my budget
my budget is only 5000 inr
