Hey everyone,
Wondering what everone thought about what a Bugs (proto, diamond
plate,HUO) would be worth. I know it was not the greatest game in the
world but I can pick this machine up and wondered if any of you have
seen these sell lately and what they are pulling. I know I won't be
getting what a proto, diamondplate would pull but I just want some
numbers of what a regular one is pulling since I have not really seen a
decent one in quite a while.
Thanks for any input!

BBannon is St. Louis donated one to an auction in St. Louis and I think it
got like $1700 or so... that was to non pinheads though. It was fully
restored and clearcoated.
I'd say if it's a DP and HUO $2K+. not the greatest game in the world, but
it's a title you just don't see very often.

Well, I had about $1700 in it, but the game brought $3600 at auction.
There were several buyers between $2500 and $3500 that dropped out as
the bidding went higher. The game was very nice, with new ramps, and
many other new parts, as well as a clearcoated NOS playfield. BBBB
really is hard on the left ramp and that ramp is broken on most Bugs
games that are out there. I don't think anyone in that group would
care about the prototype part, the market for this game is clearly
family oriented or those with a strong Looney Tunes interest. Oh, and
one other thing that is not mentioned much on this board--the game
played very well, all switches worked as they should and many
assemblies were rebuilt to ensure long trouble free life.

Thanks Brian,
That's what I was looking for. Just some info on what a pretty nice one
went for. I am not stealing the game by any means but it is what it is.
I know it will target the looney tunes people or just a family looking
for a good clean theme.
