Very nice if you ask me:
1 GHz Athlon XP @6W and 1.4 GHz @14W

They are branded as geode and intended for the embedded market, but I'm sure you could build one very nice ultra small and silent PC with this:

Those chips should also plug into existing motherboards, anyone want to try and overclock them :) ?

If AMD can do that on 130nm bulk, I can't wait to see what they will bring out on 90nm SOI.
