What to do when flat screen has message cable 9 no signal

my flat screen tv and vcr and dvd player has been working... now the screen says No signal.... Cable 9.

How do I fix this?

However, since I'm not an administrator, I can't move it there. It will be easier for someone to help you if you specify what model of TV you have, and what kind of cable(s) you're using to connect your VCR/DVD player.
