About my TV-Monitor Display.

I've purchased the LG M2280DF (21.5" / 5.000.000:1 / 5 ms / 75 Hz) and it really displays everything pretty much...EXTREMELY crappy and it's on the recommended resolution (1920x1080). My PC's features are these: MoBo: ASUS P8P67 Pro (B3 Revision 3.0) // CPU: i5-2500K // GPU: ASUS AMD Radeon 6970 HD // RAM: Vengeance 2x4096 GB 8-8-8-24 1.5v // HDD: WD 7200 rpm 64MB cache 1TB // SSD: Vertex 3 120GB Sata III
Please help me out coz i m freaking out here... what's going on and how to fix it?

How so, is it blurry? Off colors? horizontal/vertical lines?
