I don't remember who was looking for lower power consumption XP-M, but here is one at 1.35v (35W). The only thing is that is marked as 2200+, but the price is the same as the 2400+ running at 1,8Ghz instead of 1,66. So maybe the same model, diffent speed/voltage?
