Hi People,
I've been tring to find a work around for the "Intended Functionality"
whereby a Scheduled Task will not run unless a users account has a password.
I have tried entering the Administration account details when creating
the task, and indeed it does say that the task has started, however nothing
happens. I assume that XP tries to show the GUI on the Admin account
"screen" cant and fails ?
Anyone have any ideas ? I suppose as a last resort I could assign a
password to the account or even create a new account with a password,
however I don't really want to do this unless I have to... [Don't ask !!

Yes you have to. Create a dedicated account for Scheduled Tasks
