How to get Program Icon back in Program Folder?

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.general (More info?)

Somehow the icon shown in

Start-> Programs -> Program Folder -> Program Icon

got deleted. The program is still in the directory,
but the "icon" has disappeared.

I can get it in the list of programs,

Start-> Programs -> Program Icon

but not in its program folder.

What is the trick?

These are nothing more than shortcuts within the file system. So place the
shortcut appropriately within;
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
