T4400 vs T6500

Hello,
I am trying to buy a laptop for the purpose of programming, web surfing and watching movies.
For my budget, i am thinking to buy any one of these two laptops
1. Lenova G550 Dualcore T4400,2.2GHz - Rs. 29,000
2. Lenova G550 Core2Duo
T6500,2.1GHz - Rs. 32,000
The two laptops are with 3GB DDR3, 320GB HDD
My doubt is which one best suits for my purpose?? Help me, please

As you can see the difference is only in cache and clock speed which is minimal,so both CPUs will roughly have the same performance.So i would go for the cheaper one since the difference isn't noticeable
