Also is it powerfull enough to cool an athlon "Barton" XP3200+ 400FSB

You bought an OEM AthlonXP 3200+? If you're not into overclocking, then a Vantec Aeroflow is an ideal heatsink, very quite, cools great, it's even good enough for moderate overclocking. I just have something against the Coolermaster blower products, because they're loud and to be honest, ineffective.

Should i put the regular amd fan on my aero 7+ heatsink. It seem to be a good heatsink.
