I believe so..all are up to date...I upgraded a few years ago..the frame rate has been low ever since..I called microsoft back then...they said the drivers must not recognize the win7 upgrade.

Make sure that what ever game you're playing you're doing it with Vsync turned off Vsync will cap your frame rate at 30 or 60fps to match your refresh rate to prevent screen tearing.

Vsync is a setting that is selected in most games, but it can be forced on or off via your Catalyst control center settings.

The game is Aces High.. a larger multi user game... combat flight sim WWII aircraft..20 - 400 players depending on which arena im in.. my screen res is 1920 by 1080..highest frame rate is 60 and when theres a lot of people its in the 20s..before I did mt win7 upgrade from vista it was always 150 to 200..
