Windows7 multiple problems

Hello,
sir Iam facing following problems in my laptop acer D270 os windows7 starter ie9 browser internet option not opening in control panel as well in ie9. windows update not taking place. no troubleshooter wizard working. help and support wizard too encontered error.microsoft fix it too not getting installed. errorcode 80070005,8007371c. trying to udate windows too failed.

Hi

What antivirus software are you using ?
can you do a full system scan ? can you update the AV software?
what about anti-spyware scanners such as super anti spyware or malwarebytes - have you run any of these ?

Have you installed any new software or updated device drivers shortly before problems occurred ?

is there enough free space on hard disk ? (min 10% free)

sir,
I was using net protector 2013 antiviruse when above problem accured.Now Ihave installed microsoft secruity essential. Carried out full system scan for malware,spyware,antiroot but they all shows ok.checkdisk action too not showing any problem.sfc scannow not able to perform fully with error system protection has stopped the operation.my problem remain same. please help me to resolve above issue.rest laptop is working fine but thissue always nagging me. thanks
