Pn8500 with mfc 4350 brother printer problem

Hello,
I try to print a file that was previously created. it printed corrected, but now it print with a B in the upper left corner and print a line per page. I created a line test file and it prints with the B in the upper left corner, with double space (blank line). what is my problem?

Try unplugging the printer for a minute and see if that clears out the memory. It sounds like something got "stuck" in the printer's onboard memory.
