Question about Microsoft fingerprint reader for WIN7

Does anybody know if the Microsoft fingerprint reader will work with WIN7? I was able to get Microsoft password manager software to install and run fine. The only thing it won't do is recognize any of my fingerprints during setup. I had it working just fine when running WINXP but after doing a clean install of WIN7 Ultimate it is giving me trouble. Is there another type of fingerprint reader that will work with WIN7? Please help if you can. Thanks!

Is there a Win 7 driver for this fingerprint reader? Downloading and installing the correct driver might be the solution.
