Computer goes to sleep then wakes up 5 minutes later`

i cant get it to stay asleep! lol. idk why. but it bothers me. as i keep my pc. which is bright as blue led with loud ass fans on top of my desk instead of in the computer bay place (i dont want to get hot) i cant sleep the night with it on sleep (as it lasts only 5 minutes if that). so i have to turn it off. then on. then off. then on. its annoying. so yeah can anyone help? im pretty sure my system is in my sig and my config thing
