My Documents altered

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.general (More info?)

I downloaded cwshredder to My Documents and the zip file "replaced" all of
the contents of My Documents. When I click on the zip file icon and WinRar
opens the first item in the queue is a folder that contains all the previous
contents of My Documents. How do I get rid of cw shredder and restore the
contents of My Documents as they were? I thought of going to a system
restore point, but the last restore point was created before I downloaded
Spybot and I didn't want to uninstall that if I didn't have to. I didn't
know if that would fix the problem anyway.
