Hi,
I hope someone can help me with this problem... I've done everything I
can think of and nothing has worked.
Every time I open Windows Explorer and try to go into My Documents, I
get the following error message: "Windows Explorer has encountered a
problem and needs to close." I've run McAfee Virus Scan, I've done
System Restore twice, I've tried Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal
tool twice, I've run AOL's Computer Check Up, I've removed some photo
programs that I'd heard caused this problem. I thought about
re-installing XP Professional, but didn't really think that would help.
I have a feeling it's to do with the Registry Keys, but I don't know
what to do to fix it.
Any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.
