Just got it. Face won't advance to the multiball face. I hit the I can
speak but it won't turn to the next face. I can only keep hitting the I
can speak. Face spins fine in test mode. Is this a board problem??
Thanks

Do the position switches ( that let the game know what face is up ) work in
test ? LTG :)

When you go into the game's menu, it should give you the error report
(ie, bad switches).

If you take the batteries out with the power off (will reset memory),
the first thing the game will do when you power it back up is
'calibrate the head'. Have you tried that?

Noticed When I first turned it on it calibrated the head on it's own.
So i'm wandering if it is a switch problem or something on the board.
Thanks for the reply

Re-solder all the pins on the head control relay underneath the playfield.

I had the same problem with one, and cured it by re-flowing the solder
on ALL the pins on the relay.

I had a problem with my head spinning when I first got my game. It would
spin in only one direction and would take forever to stop. I had some cold
solder joints that needed to be re-flowed and that took care of my problem.
Might be something to look at.
