When I right click on anything (whether on the desktop, inside of a program
or while using internet explorer) an error message comes up saying 'Failed to
load resource dll'. The message started to come up after I deleted personal
files from my computer. I have a WinXP Professional Dell computer. After the
error message comes up and I click ok I do get the right click menu and can
still do what I want. But I use the right click menu a lot in a day and
after using it about 5 or 6 times my machine slows down a lot. Has anyone
ever had this problem before and more importantly is there a way to correct
it without reinstalling XP.
Thanks for the help.
