Which is better?

According to benchmarking, the T6600 runs faster then the M320.

oh, so T6600 is better, how about pentium dual core T4400 in comparison with T6600.

Once again, according to benchmarking. The T6600 appear to be faster then T4400 but the speed different is almost negligible. However, the T6600 has a bigger cache and I'll recommend you to get the T6600 instead of the T4400 unless you are really tight on budget.
