There was more time to check out the sponsor messages on Ralph's car, after he crashed into the wall with 300 kph, he only had a couple of bruises though.
Those are VERY safe cars indeed. If I try hitting a wall at top speed with my car, I'm sure that I would not be as lucky.

Or a McLaren F1 (you know, like Mr Bean had, a 3 seat sports car). I once saw a (legal) chrash test of that one; while in a normal car you'd be lucky to step out alive with no major injuries, the Mclaren could actually be driven to the dealer for repairs. There was barely any damage at all.
